HAVING KIDS HARD TO EAT WELL

Most moms who have a 1-2 years old babies, complaining that they (the babies) are having problem to eat well (eat a lot). This happens over few factors as follows:
1.The change of food from loose to compact contour that may take the baby sometimes o adapt;
2.The babies are still in process to learn chew and swallow;
3.The way to make the food and kind of menu may also affect the baby to consume the food;
4.The digest system that’s not running well can also affect the baby’s eating. A mom has to be patient looking for many ways to make the baby eat a lot by varying foods that are recommended for the baby during their time of growing up on the aspects of physical and brain.
Maria Farida from the Baby Smile School Center has given a few tips to boost babies’ rush for food that mom can try and do this at home:
1.Take the babies eat while doing something fun. For example, sit in his baby chair whole holding his own plate and spoon, like he’s eating all on his own. Make sure that there’s always a time together from mom to eat along with the baby so that the baby has an example to do the same way; eat.
2.Set a schedule for the baby to eat his meal at some times set. For example, if at 12. 00 to 12.30 is his lunch break, an hour or so before, it is suggested to not give the baby snack so that the baby would eat a lot.
3.When the babies don’t feel like he wants to eat a lot, don’t push them hard to cry, cause the babies won’t like this at all.
4.Do take the babies of 1 year and a half and up to tell story a lot and communicate about the importance of nutritional food.
5.Give compliments when babies can chew and swallow the foods well. 6.Don’t give the babies too much food cause this wouldn’t impress good to the babies.
7.Create a fun atmosphere when meal time comes. When a mom or a babysitter doesn’t feel good, the baby may feel the same way too.
8.Supply food supplement/vitamins for the baby as suggested by the peditrycian.
9.The problem of hard to eat a lot is a stage of growth that a baby is used to go through. By the time of growing up especially the teeth and jaw of the baby, it is hoped that the stage would be over and the baby’s rush for food is increased.
